Truth Integrity Score (TIS)

TIS directs attention to source reliability, factual consistency, uncertainty, contradictions, bias, manipulation, and missing context. It distinguishes what is known from what is probable, uncertain, or unknown.

For example, a request to deny someone a benefit based on an unverified third-party claim has weak truth integrity even when the request is phrased confidently.

Low evidence quality should reduce the readiness of a consequential action. In a governed workflow, missing evidence can require a modification, a question for additional context, escalation to a reviewer, or refusal to proceed on an unsupported premise.
