Corpus

Normative grounding with public provenance.

EthosGate uses a pinned Conscience by Design corpus as its constitutional knowledge base. The current integrated reference is commit c19fe61.

EthosGate is the operational product built from the Conscience by Design framework and Aleksandar Rodić’s Machine Conscience architecture.

A traceable source boundary.

The pilot retains document identity, canonical revision, license class, attribution, and relevant sections with the evaluation record. Operational heuristics remain distinct from source material and human review.

Parent initiative
Conscience by Design is the parent initiative and source of the intellectual framework.
Architecture
Machine Conscience is the architecture authored by Aleksandar Rodić.
Operational product
EthosGate is the official operational product developed from that framework and architecture. It does not alter the canonical ethical invariants.

Attribution and licensing

Written corpus materials are recorded as CC BY 4.0; the reference prototype source is recorded as MIT. Attribution identifies Aleksandar Rodić as Founder of the Conscience by Design Initiative and Author of Machine Conscience.

Canonical sources

Public links, pinned commit details, document hashes available in the deployed corpus manifest, and source license notices are available without requiring an EthosGate account.

Open canonical sources

Research should remain inspectable.

EthosGate records normative context alongside operational policy and audit evidence. This makes the original source material, product behavior, and human decisions distinguishable.
