Privacy
This notice describes only data handling evidenced by the current EthosGate implementation. It is not a substitute for owner-approved privacy terms.
Information used by the application
The registration interface collects a name, email address, and password through the configured authentication flow. Authenticated workspace features store evaluation requests, context, decision results, audit hashes, review records, workspace membership, and plan-related account records in the application data layer.
The public controlled demo accepts scenario text and structured facts to return a non-production result. The demo route is not designed to persist a customer evaluation or create an audit-ledger record.
Storage and training
The source code uses Convex-backed application storage for authenticated workspaces and decision records. The current implementation does not provide evidence of active model training, external model execution, or automatic learning from submitted evaluations. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data to the public demo.
Open decisions
A legal entity, contact address, retention schedule, lawful bases, processor list, and rights-request channel have not been provided in the repository. Those owner-controlled details must be approved before this notice can become a complete privacy policy.
