Terms of Service
EthosGate is currently a controlled pilot for governed evaluation. These interim terms avoid claims that the implementation cannot substantiate.
Pilot scope
EthosGate evaluates submitted proposals and returns one of five non-executing outcomes: ALLOW, MODIFY, QUESTION, ESCALATE, or REFUSE. The current pilot does not represent public API or SDK access, production execution, cryptographic authorization, live learning, calibration, external provider connectors, or active model training as operating features.
Human responsibility
Users remain responsible for validating facts, obtaining necessary authority, protecting personal and confidential information, and making consequential decisions. An EthosGate result does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, employment, security, or emergency judgment.
Open decisions
The legal entity, governing law, dispute process, formal support channel, and complete commercial terms are not present in the repository and require owner approval.
