Acceptable Use

EthosGate must not be used to bypass accountable human judgment or to disguise harmful action as automated evaluation.

Prohibited use

Do not submit actions intended to harm people, coerce decisions, conceal material facts, export confidential data without authority, evade security controls, or take unauthorized financial, employment, medical, or destructive action.

Use the outcome correctly

REFUSE blocks the proposed action. QUESTION requires missing context. ESCALATE requires accountable human review. An ALLOW result remains non-executing in the current pilot and does not create authority to act.
